Tasia Martinez has been practicing yoga for over 4 years with in-depth studies of Hatha, Vinyasa, and children’s yoga. While acquiring her bachelor’s degree in counseling psychology at Colorado Mesa University, she realized the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness to heal the mind and body. With the integration of key psychological principles and techniques, she uses yoga and meditation to promote self-care without relying on traditional Western methods. Currently, her focus is introducing young children to the concepts and practice of yoga using Kidding Around Yoga songs and games. She hopes to soon expand her classes with an emphasis on teens and addictions recovery.
Kids and Family Yoga
Sundays 3pm – 4pm
Bring your little ones to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a kid-approved environment! The whole family will be so busy singing, dancing, and playing that you won’t even notice all the yoga and meditation techniques you’re learning! All ages are welcome, but be prepared to get silly! This is a great way to get the whole family up and moving together!
