Sarah began her journey of body awareness through dance from the age of nine through her early twenties. Her transition to the yoga mat was a result of her search for a spiritual connection to the movement. The foundation of her practice and training began in the hazy hills of the Pacific Northwest and her mental and physical boundaries were challenged through Vipassana meditation in Nepal and Iyengar yoga training in Rishikesh, India. Sarah began to teach yoga when living in Belize and finds no greater joy than offering a space for others to heal themselves. Come explore the great paradox of yoga: finding stillness through movement, and let the lessons of our practice flow into our daily lives.
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00am – 7:00am
