Nikki has been a yogi ever since her first class, where she rolled a mat out in the back corner of the room with no idea what she was getting into. She calls it “Love at first Savasana”. Her love and appreciation of the practice, guided her to a Yoga Teacher Training to dive deeper and to learn to share the practice with others. She truly honors that we are all one and the same and focuses on being in the present moment.
Wednesdays at 5:30 pm & Fridays at 10:30 am
An uplifting mind and body practice, this is a beautiful breath synchronized flow of Vinyasa. It will create heat in the body and help us dive into longer held Hatha postures. A perfect balance of movement, this brings alignment and breath / body awareness. This class can be fast paced and it is helpful to have some previous experience in yoga, but beginners are always welcome!
