Nikki is enthusiastic about being of service. Her love for the environment, people, and animals drives many of her lifestyle choices. From being a vegetarian and bona fide cat lady to making DIY Non-Toxic Concoctions for damn near anything, her goal is to help benefit the world and take part in a community where yoga is accessible for all.

She began her journey into the world of yoga in her late teens. Even without prior knowledge of yoga she knew that there was something special happening the first time she stepped on to the mat. Through the first year of practice she began to see a huge transformation in her life; physically, spiritually, and even more so mentally.  Since then, she has studied Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda and completed a Yoga Teacher Training Course ( RYT 200hr) to share her love of yoga with others. Nikki has also had a long and passionate career in photography and [in more efforts to be of benefit ] is the owner of an eco/green cleaning business.

In the studio, Nikki’s teaching style is focused on taking care of the individual [and unique body]. She is dedicated to working with beginners and helping them start a practice that is safe and effective along with helping more experienced yogis advance their practice.  Her teaching style incorporates meditation, breath work, body awareness and asana for optimal health and well-being. Whether you’re taking a Power Vinyasa class or learning the basics, you will find yourself in a healthy, comforting space within Nikki’s classes.
