Morgan Stults has been practicing and studying yoga since she turned 18. She has trained in Paonia, Costa Rica, and Glenwood, and is always looking to improve her skills. She is also a massage therapist, dancer, & dream-board mentor. She is on a mission to help people find awareness, and live healthier lives through the art of yoga and meditation.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class is a fast paced Vinyasa flow yoga, focusing on strength, balance, and breath awareness. Class begins with sun salutations, moves through standing and seated postures, and the breath forms the basis of the class. A particular focus on alignment and modification for poses will be included. An introduction to inversions and arm balancing postures may be included as well. This class is suitable for fit beginners or individuals who are interested in a vigorous yoga class.
