Yoga and meditation have lead me on a path of self growth, self empowerment, and self love. I first fell in love with the practice in 2007 and have since immersed myself in this beautiful form of movement medicine. The harmony, health benefits, and self awareness that yoga and meditation have brought to my life continue to amaze me each day. It is my passion to share my knowledge and encourage others on this spiritual path. I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Holistic Yoga School and my Reiki I certification at Sole Therapy in Fort Collins. As a teacher, I aim to meet each and every students needs and interests, and strongly believe yoga is truly for everyone. Nature serves as a powerful guide for my teaching style, allowing for balance, flow, and strength in our daily lives.

Mindful Vinyasa consists of a continuous series of flowing postures linked together with breath. This class is designed to guide one’s attention to the present moment through the combination of meditation, pranayama, and yoga asana. Students are guided and encouraged to listen and respond to the wisdom of their bodies as they flow through a dynamic practice of sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, arm balances, and backbends. We will move with a sense of lightness and grace exploring the fluidity of breath and asana.
