LaVaun has been studying meditation for years. In 2011 and 2013 she completed two teacher training programs allowing her to facilitate and teach various levels of classes, sharing this inner wisdom. She has been teaching Beginning and Intermediate classes in Meditation since December 2011. She has attended numerous meditation retreats and other workshops helping to deepen her practice. LaVaun maintains a regular and consistent meditation practice and acts as a helpful resource, facilitating guided meditation techniques for those new to meditation and also those who have been meditating for years. This class is open to all levels of experiences including beginners and includes the Basics of Relaxation Techniques, A Simple Meditation, guided meditation techniques such as Running the Energy, Listening In, Joseph’s Coat, and Aura Clearing, etc… Each class builds on the previous in a consistent manner as techniques are introduced one at a time. Each class will be one hour long with thirty minutes of discussion period, music, and then thirty minutes of meditation. All are welcome to attend.
