Kim St. Germain was trained in Integral Yoga at Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville in Virginia. Kim has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years, too many to count. She loves to expand her consciousness and live life more joyfully. Her purpose in life is to be a place of love and inspiration for all others.
Easy Yoga assists students to relax into yoga postures for the maximum benefit of opening the mind/body to vibrant well-being. This class emphasizes intuitive movement that each student tailors to their own needs in each movement. After the Easy Yoga class Kim will lead a 20 minute meditation for anyone who is interested.
This meditation offers 40 minutes of silent and seated solitude complete with your choice of a chair or plenty of floor cushions and blankets to support you!
