Very Gentle Yoga
Wednesdays, 12-1pm, $15
Dea Jacobson’s Very Gentle Yoga class is suitable and appropriate for mature beginners, for those with osteo or rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, recovering from injuries or surgery, or for anyone “out of shape” and wanting a “use it or lose it” class. Gentle joint freeing stretches and simple balancing skills as well as deep relaxation make this a good entry level class for beginners or for those with special needs. Dea asks that potential students call and talk over their condition with her if they are not sure if the class is appropriate.
