Leah Kenyon is a student of the divine nature of human sexuality. She began with the teachings of modern pioneers of western (sex-based) Tantra, including John Maxwell Taylor, Mare Simone, Charles Muir and Leah Alchin. Her recent studies are the eastern (spiritually-based) Tantra teachings of Tantric Kriya Yoga, as taught by Sunyata Saraswati and Bodhi Avinasha. Bringing east and west together, Leah facilitates experiential Tantra, meaning exercises are for the practitioner, not the other way around. Therefore, her teaching style encourages participants to work at their own pace, in full awareness of their own experiences. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Nikki Williams has been a yogi ever since her first class, where she rolled a mat out in the back corner of the room with no idea what she was getting into. She calls it “Love at first Savasana”. Her love and appreciation of the practice, guided her to a Yoga Teacher Training to dive deeper and to learn to share the practice with others. She truly honors that we are all one and the same and focuses on being in the present moment.
Sarah McCarthy began her journey of body awareness through dance from the age of nine through her early twenties. Her transition to the yoga mat was a result of her search for a spiritual connection to the movement. The foundation of her practice and training began in the hazy hills of the Pacific Northwest and her mental and physical boundaries were challenged through Vipassana meditation in Nepal and Iyengar yoga training in Rishikesh, India. Sarah began to teach yoga when living in Belize and finds no greater joy than offering a space for others to heal themselves. Come explore the great paradox of yoga: finding stillness through movement, and let the lessons of our practice flow into our daily lives.
